How can I join the BNI?
It's quite simple to join the bni, the first step is to request an invite and come along to see if it's right for you. Non members are allowed to attend two meetings, sometimes this can be extended slightly before you make a decision to join. After which the process is simple as long as there is no competitor for your industry and you and the BNI both agree that it is a good relationship, simply complete the forms to join.

How much does it cost to join the BNI?
The BNI is extremely cost effective form of word of mouth marketing. It currently cost's a one off joining fee of €130 plus VAT and €600 plus VAT a year, it also requires a contribution to the meetings. When considered against an advert in the yellow pages as you can see by the members pages, it has a much larger return on investment. Understandibly, this outlay causes caution from some young or small businesses, if you are concerned on how this will return your investment then why not request an invite and come along and talk to businesses who were in your position before joining.

I'm thinking about joining, do I have to have a referral every week?
This is a common question from people thinking about joining as it's pressure to contribute to the group every week. However there is no need to feel over pressured as everyone was once a new member and everyone has to learn how to contribute. There is training available to help people get the most out of the BNI and if you come along why not chat to the existing members and you will be surprised how easy it can become to make the BNI work for you.

Do I have to attend the BNI every week?
The BNI is based around each members commitment to each other and regular attending makes the BNI a success. Ifa member cannot attend then you can arrange a substitute to cover, this way the continuity of the business is continued. Can my competitors join the BNI?
No, only one business per category is allowed in the BNI to ensure maximum benefit for it's members. If you are considering in joining have a look at the members page to see if there is a business within your category or request an invite and come along to the meeting to discuss this further.
